A MOMENT IN TIME

When you are waiting on someone, that is the moment in time that you are having with the customer. What are you doing to make it special? If you put yourself in the customer’s shoes, what would you expect. Just a different way of thinking about your service experience — whether you are giving it or getting it. Remember to spend your money where they care, not where they don’t.
