Not being much of a shopper, really the only time you will find me in any shopping capacity is during the holiday season. This year Mom and I decided to venture to the St. Louis Galleria and did I mention – on the busiest shopping day of the year.
What a beautiful facility! Along with the facility, we have some great experiences. Kudos to Macy’s for placing an individual at the top of the escalator for the sole purpose of assisting people in finding their way. And how about the waitresses at The Cheesecake Factory who could describe every menu item and what page it appeared! The lady at Brookstone had the perfect amount of help without being overbearing.
Clearly many were prepared for the very busy shopping day.
